About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator (Mandarin-Speaking) to join the team at Magnion Furniture Industries Sdn Bhd, based in Pekan Subang, Selangor. This full-time role plays a key part in supporting the sales operations, coordinating orders and documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate order status with internal departments, production and warehouse to ensure timely

• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information and filing systems (electronic & physical)

• Support the internal departments and management with any ad-hoc tasks or administrative duties related to sales operations

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is required for this role to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.

• At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination, customer service or administrative support

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
