Q P Group Holdings Limited Hiring! Full Time Business Analyst (IT) in New Territories, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Job functions:

• Collect user requirements among stakeholders, and conduct analysis and business alignment, and make proposal

• Perform gap analysis by comparison between the existing system infrastructure with the new business or user requirements

• Closely work with different business units and IT department, and assist the  implementation of cross business unit or department improvements projects/ new IT systems recommendations/ options, including but not limited to manufacturing automation, work flow enhancement, e-Commerce, Web, Front-End Development and Data Analysis etc.

• Work with and manage IT team and end users for feasibility assessment

• Develop and maintain project plans to ensure the on-time delivery with requirements

• Provide training to user department before implementation

• Perform ad-hoc assignments by management

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years solid experience in business analysis, business process and  workflow improvements, and project management

• Well communicate with different levels of people internally and external parties

• Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred

• Experience in MRP or the related is an advantage

• Knowledge in MS SQL and Data Analytic Tools

• Possess certificate in project management is an advantage

• Strong analytical minded and able to work independently

• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
