Work Arrangement: Shift-based (3 shifts)

About the Role

We are looking for a Payment Operations Executive to join our growing operations team. This role mainly supports deposit and withdrawal operations, ensuring transactions are handled accurately and efficiently. You will be involved in payment monitoring, reconciliation, issue resolution, and daily operational support to ensure smooth fund flow across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily deposit and withdrawal transactions

• Monitor payment flows and follow up on pending or abnormal cases

• Perform reconciliation and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate settlement

• Support payment execution, fund allocation, and account monitoring

• Prepare operational and data reports

• Work closely with internal teams to support smooth daily operations

• Assist with process improvement and ad-hoc tasks when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields

• Experience in Payment Operations, Fund Operations, Banking Operations, Reconciliation, or related functions is an advantage

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and shift-based environment

• Able to commit to rotating shifts (3 shifts)

• Proficient in Mandarin and English to support communication with stakeholders and regional counterparts
