About the role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team at hong tze enterprise sdn bhd in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. This full-time role will provide essential administrative support across various functions, contributing to the smooth running of our business operations.

What you'll be doing

• Handling a range of administrative duties, such as managing schedules, arranging orders, and providing general office support

• Assisting with data entry, file management, and document preparation

• Answering and directing incoming calls and emails in a professional manner

• Organising and maintaining office supplies and inventory

• Providing support for special projects and events as needed

• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and coordination

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other basic office software

• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
