Procurement Officer (1 – 2 month Contract)

• Location: Dover
• Working hours: Mon – Fri;7.45am – 5pm
• Salary: $3,300 - $3.400

Job Duties:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, quotation evaluation, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier management, contract administration, inventory coordination and invoice reconciliation.
• Source, evaluate and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers, ensuring competitive pricing, quality and value for money.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, service levels and contractual agreements with vendors.
• Monitor order status and delivery schedules, resolving procurement-related issues promptly.
• Support tender and procurement activities for facilities-related projects.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts and documentation, and provide relevant documents for audits.
• Assist with data management, reporting and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other procurement and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in a school, facilities, property or corporate environment.
• Entry level with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, supplier management and invoice reconciliation.
• Proficient in relevant procurement systems and digital tools.
