Duties & Supporting Responsibilities :

Professionally represent and promote company services and creating an exceptional customer experience for clients by supporting Sales & Planning Department enquiries and site visit management.
2.
Act as primary customer service contact for all enquiries from various sales channels, ensure a proactive and prompt follow-up via email or phone call to all sales enquiries, with professional and confident telephone or email etiquette.
3.
Responsible for examining and evaluating enquiries content before recommending relevant wedding services and packages according to client requirement based on company Sales Measures, company policies and procedures and compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
4.
Organise and secure client site visit with the planner according to Staff Schedule & Work Load Assignment.
5.
Utilise company resources to actively update and maintain accurate CID Database that keeps all customer enquiries and site visit data.
6.
Manage customer feedback including responding to client complaint upon Chief Planner advice.
7.
Ensure the inventory of sales presentation materials such as packages, brochures and presentation folders are always up to date and prepared.
8.
Ensure the administrative & support functions within the Sales & Planning department are operating effectively.
9.
Liaise and maintain a good relationship with other departments to ensure an effective, efficient and smooth running of sales activities.
10.
Assist planners & Chief Planner with site visit, event execution and others related event needs or requirements.
11.
Assist Marketing Department for Social Media postings or various media publication to promote both weddings and events if necessary.
12.
Approach and liaise with vendors or professionals in the wedding industry for in-house events or collaborations when necessary.
13.
Attend company meetings with proper documentation of meeting minutes. Participate trainings, events and other activities if required.
14.
Stay current with trends in the wedding and corporate event industry.
JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field and GCE ‘O’ level with credit in English
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office
3. A team player with good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and commitment to deliver a high level of customer service
4. No work experience is required
5. Training will be provided
6. Willing to work on weekends & Public Holidays
