Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents
- Take-off quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ)
- Monitor project costs and ensure works are within budget
- Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Evaluate quotations and manage procurement
- Keep proper records of all project-related documents
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and measurement
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD is an advantage
- Good analytical and communication skills
Additional:
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
