Responsibilities

-Manage a portfolio of condominiums from headquarters.

-Possess knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act.

-Attend to residents' feedback and calls for service.

-Able to multitask with good time management skills.

-Possess good interpersonal skills.

-Possess basic knowledge of M&E services.
