AUTHENTIC HR PTE. LTD. Hiring! Full Time Accounts and Admin Associate-Executive in North Region (Singapore), Earn up to SGD 2,800 - Ricebowl

Work Week: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm
Monthly Fixed Salary: S$2,800 to S$3,000

Key responsibilities

1. Prepare delivery orders, purchase orders &tax invoices.
2. Oversee accounts receivables, payables, payroll& monthly expense processes.
3. Manage cash flow & reconcile bank transactions.
4. Prepare monthly Financial Statements.
5. Submission of monthly CPF contributions & prepare annual IR8A returns.
6. Submission of quarterly GST filing.
7. Liaise with auditors for annual audit & income tax returns.
8. Handle customers’ service contract renewals and payments.
9. Handle general office administrative duties to keep the office organised & processes in place.
10. Liaise with external parties on maintenance of office premises, equipment & office supplies, including office insurances
11. Update & maintain HR policies & procedures.
12. Update & maintain ISO 27001 polices & procedures within your area.
13. Assist in applying/reimbursement for government schemes & grants as required.
14. Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

1. At least a diploma in Accounting or related certifications
2. Minimum one year related working experience. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
3. Experience with using Accounting Software
4. Proficient in MS Office
5. Good communication (both written & oral) & organizational skills
6. Knowledge of HR policy implementation is preferable
