About the Role

We’re looking for an Account Development Associate to support client outreach, account development and business growth initiatives. This role suits fresh grads who are proactive, driven and interested in developing their skills in business development and client management.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and engage potential clients through calls, messages and outreach activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Follow up on leads and coordinate meetings with interested prospects
• Understand client requirements and identify potential opportunities
• Maintain organised records of accounts, interactions and follow-ups
• Support business development campaigns, events and networking initiatives
