Responsibilities
We’re Hiring: AWS Connect Implementation Engineer | Malaysia (Full-Time)
Are you passionate about building next-gen cloud contact center solutions? Join us as an AWS Connect Implementation Engineer and play a key role in delivering scalable, customer-centric platforms using Amazon Connect.
Location: Malaysia
Experience: 4–6 years (min. 2 years in AWS Connect)
Employment Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do:
- Design & implement Amazon Connect-based contact center solutions
- Configure flows, queues, routing profiles, and user setups
- Integrate AWS services (Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch)
- Build IVR, chatbots & analytics solutions
- Support migration from legacy telephony systems
- Troubleshoot call flows, latency & integration issues
- Ensure security, compliance & documentation standards
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
Strong skills in AWS Lambda (Node.js/Python), API Gateway
Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
Knowledge of Lex, Polly, Contact Lens
Understanding of VoIP, SIP & telephony concepts
Experience with CloudWatch, X-Ray
AWS Certifications (preferred): AWS Certified Developer/Architect, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, or AWS Contact Center Competency.
Nice to Have:
- Contact center transformation project experience
- CI/CD & DevOps exposure
- Agile delivery experience
