What You'll Own

You're not here to manage a calendar. You're here to make sure the right products reach the right buyers at the lowest possible cost.

• Optimise and maintain product listings across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada — titles, keywords, images, pricing tiers, and promotional mechanics
• Plan, script, shoot, and coordinate the production of content for social media and marketplace storefronts
• Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent publishing across all platforms
• Run and optimise paid campaigns across TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Shopee/Lazada Ads, or Google Ads — not just post boosts
• Monitor performance daily, identify what's working and what isn't, and act on it without being asked
• Support B2B wholesale acquisition through targeted digital outreach and lead generation

What We're Looking For

• Strong written English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a genuine bonus given our customer base)
• At least 1 year of hands-on paid ads experience on one or more of: TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Shopee/Lazada Ads, or Google Ads — campaign setup, not just boosting
• Comfortable reading a performance dashboard and translating numbers into a clear next action
• Understands funnel stages and how content type and messaging should shift from awareness to conversion
• Experience with marketplace SEO (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop search ranking) is a strong advantage

Compensation

Base Salary + Marketing Efficiency Bonus + Bi-annual Performance Bonus

Your bonus is directly tied to outcomes, not hours logged. Keep CAC low while hitting targets, drive organic reach that reduces our dependence on paid spend, and save budget while growing results — and you'll earn meaningfully more than base. We don't reward people for burning our budget efficiently.
