Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for all Sales Activities in the product portfolio of PSSSB-U1.
- To attend to all sales leads in assigned territories.
- To work with in-house departments and external parties or agent/customer, to ensure both end needs and objective are being met.
- To provide monthly progress report/update for all Sales Lead exploration and following-up.
- To plan for Business Development in assigned territory (s)
- To explore new potential market and/or any new business lead for product portfolio
- To develop sales approach/strategies, to identify and develop business cooperation with overseas prospective customer and/or local agent
- To provide monthly progress report/update for new market development

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering/ Business Studies / Marketing / Business Management, International Business or equivalent.
- Required language(s) : BM / English / Mandarin.
- We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Good understanding on marketing concept, best practices and research techniques.
- Specialized in Marketing or Business Development or equivalent.
- Experience in Racking/ MHE/ 3PL is an added advantage.
- Experience in Industrial Sales/Project Sales and Tendering Projects/Logistics and Warehousing Industry Network/Building Consultant Network/ Architect Network is an added advantage.
- Posses good writing skill, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel outstation for local sales.
- Team player, pro-active, self-motivated good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Passionate and willing to learn.
