We are looking for a Construction Manager who is Mandarin-speaking to join our team for a Data Centre Project based in Johor.

This role is suitable for candidates with strong construction site management experience who are able to communicate effectively in Mandarin with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee daily construction activities and site operations.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, safety and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Coordinate and resolve site issues, technical matters and construction delays.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and other site resources.
• Conduct site meetings and coordinate with relevant project stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports and relevant site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with CIDB, DOSH and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Support project handover, testing and commissioning, and project close-out activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Building or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant construction or site management experience.
• Experience in Data Centre, Industrial, Commercial or M&E projects will be an advantage.
• Valid CIDB registration and CIDB Green Card are required.
• Mandarin-speaking is required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
• Willing to be based at the project site in Johor.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
