About the Role
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will manage and execute digital campaigns, grow our online presence, and drive engagement across social media, email, website, and other digital channels. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital storytelling, data-driven strategies, and promoting reading culture in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and online ads
• Conduct digital market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and maintain a consistent flow of engaging content across social media, newsletters, and website
• Develop short-form videos, graphics, and posters to support online campaigns
• Manage social media accounts: schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries
• Monitor campaign performance and analytics, providing actionable insights for improvement
• Manage website and marketplace storefronts, ensuring appealing product presentation, banners, promotions, and marketing campaigns
• Manage product pricing updates across the website, marketplaces, and marketing campaigns

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles
• Proven track record in growing social media accounts and driving online engagement
• Strong skills in short-form video creation: concepting, shooting, and basic editing
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Analytics
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools
• Previous experience in e-commerce is preferred
