Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and creative Junior E-commerce Graphic Designer to join our growing e-commerce team. In this role, you will work closely with and directly support our E-commerce Manager to maintain our online storefront, manage daily retail execution, and create visually compelling marketing assets.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to combine their digital operations mindset with creative design skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Marketing Graphic Design
Design and update website visual assets, including homepage banners, landing pages, product category images, and promotional pop-ups.
Perform basic photo retouching and formatting for product images to match brand guidelines.
Design engaging visual content and creative assets for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and EDMs (Email Marketing) to support campaign launches.
Work collaboratively with the E-commerce Manager to brainstorm layout designs and digital visual identities that enhance user experience (UX) and increase conversion rates.
Providing hands-on assistance to the E-Commerce Manager in managing routine online store operations.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience: Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Creative Media, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator , or Canva .
Technical Skills: Prior experience or familiarity with SHOPLINE (or similar platforms like Shopify/WooCommerce) is an advantage.
Languages: Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English.
