About the Company
We are looking for an experienced jewelry product developer to join our team on a renewable contract. You will manage the full development cycle—from sketch to final piece—ensuring quality, craftsmanship, and commercial viability.
About the Role
Turn design sketches into production-ready jewelry.
Oversee materials sourcing, prototyping, and cost modeling.
Manage timelines and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.
Create tech packs with specs, BOMs, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical sourcing policies.
Support seasonal collection planning and line reviews.
About the Requirement
3–5 years of jewelry product development experience.
Strong knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and manufacturing techniques.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with PLM systems and Excel; design software skills are a plus.
Fluent in English; additional languages (Mandarin, French, Italian) are an advantage.
Keen eye for design, detail, and luxury brand standards.
