Job Description
Responsibilities
On-line QC inspection
- To understand, learn and perform online (Bottling, Can, Bulk Pack, Jar line, Cooking caramel, Pouch and Sachet line) inspection.
- Responsible for empty bottle / can weight and filled weight weighing.
- To understand, learn and perform environmental monitoring test
- To understand, learn and perform preservative verification at cooking section.
- To understand, learn and perform sampling withdrawal (incoming material or SFG) and incoming material testing
- To understand, learn and perform QA retained sample pallet configuration and record compiling
- Responsible for ATP swab conduct by weekly / monthly.
- Responsible for QA retained sample pallet compiling.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of online work station.
- Any job to be assigned from time to time.
Education & Experience: -
- Diploma holder or above
- QC in-line inspection experience in manufacturing or packaging industry preferred.
Requirements & Skill: -
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
