Job Summary
We’re looking for an energetic, results-driven Client Acquisition Executive to power our customer acquisition and sales momentum in financial services. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients — engaging them, guiding them confidently through the loan process, and playing a direct role in growing our business.
Responsibilities
Proactively engage new and existing customers through outbound calls, promoting loan and balance transfer products
Guide clients through submitting income documents and calculate their eligible loan amounts based on annual income
Respond promptly to pre-sales and post-sales inquiries, delivering a smooth and positive customer experience
Partner with the team manager to design and execute effective sales and service strategies
Build and nurture strong client relationships that drive satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Take on additional duties as needed to support broader team goals
Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident, customer-first approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Education requirement, e.g. O-level and above
Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage, to communicate with a broader client base
