My client is rapidly growing biotechnology company with HQ in Shanghai. They are looking to hire a Medical Sales professional to join their growing team in Singapore.

This role would have you responsible for handling sales within the local hospitals (private and public) market. You would also serve as the product expert and disseminate relevant product information to KOLs. You will work closely with the internal teams to drive brand and product registrations and promotions to grow the market in Singapore.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead hospital promotion planning and execution.
• Manage accounts and brand by engaging healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Set and achieve performance goals, analyze data to enhance outcomes.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation.
• Foster teamwork and support new hires.
• Ensure product market access through formulary listings and pricing strategies.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and handle additional tasks as assigned.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or higher in business administration, life sciences, pharmacy or related areas.
• 3 years or more experience in pharmaceutical sales in any therapeutic area.
• Strong relationship management, sales and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
