Primary Role: DSO’s Supply Chain Responsibilities

Key Focus:
Comprehensive supply chain management, covering logistics, purchasing, operations, and customer satisfaction.

PositionOverview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

Admin Executive cum warehouse assistant

to take on dual responsibilities for the

Murho Project

and

DSO’s Supply Chain Operations

. This role demands a proactive individual with exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient operation of our supply chain processes while spearheading improvements to our order and tracking system (Murho).

Key Responsibilities

Secondary Role: Murho Project – Admin Executive

  • Manage the Company’s order and tracking system (Murho) for regular inventory updates and pricing (training provided).
  • Enhance and improve the Murho system to support new vendor onboarding programs.
  • Assist in the Murho project’s completion
  • Prepare and submit weekly progress reports for the Murho project.
Primary Role: DSO Supply Chain Responsibilities

Logistics& Operations: Ware House assistant

  • Oversee inventory management, packaging, and material handling.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPMDS regulations in optimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inbound and outbound workflows.
  • Monitor backorders, stock levels, and warehouse upkeep.
Purchasing& Vendor Management:
  • Liaise with overseas vendors to ensure timely procurement.
  • Consolidate internal supply orders with product owners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
Customer Support & Coordination:
  • Fulfill and source supply requests for internal and external clinics.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for all clinics and stakeholders.
  • Assist with sales coordination and e-commerce operations.
Documentation& Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate documentation for purchase orders, shipments, and invoices.
  • Assist with GDPMDS and financial audits.
  • Analyse procurement data and present regular reports.
Ad-Hoc Support:
  • Participate in events, workshops, and exhibitions by assisting with packing and logistics.
  • Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, suggesting continuous improvements.
  • Determine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
Qualificationsand Skills:
  • Proven experienc ein supply chain management, logistics, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data-driven insights.
  • Proficient in inventory systems (Murho training provided).
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage internal and external relationships.
  • Familiarity with GDPMDS regulations is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
