Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to oversee multiple outlets, ensure smooth operations, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor daily operations of outlets under assigned area

- Ensure outlet compliance with SOP and company standards

- Manage staff performance and manpower planning

- Achieve sales and profitability targets

- Conduct regular outlet visits and reporting to HQ

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–3 years experience in F&B or retail management

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

- Willing to travel within assigned area

- Good communication and reporting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
