As our business continues to expand, we’re inviting passionate and driven individuals to join our highly experienced team at our Head Office in Bandar Puteri, Puchong, Selangor.

We currently have exciting career opportunities for Assistant Quantity Surveyor positions in both pre-contract and post-contract works. Candidates with higher qualifications and relevant experience may be considered for Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor positions, depending on suitability - offering hands-on experience, professional growth, and the opportunity to be part of major precast construction projects across Malaysia.

We are also hiring for Sales & Marketing Engineer positions — ideal for those who are energetic, persuasive, and passionate about promoting IBS and precast solutions while building strong client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take off quantities, call tenders, and prepare cost estimates.

• Evaluate quotations and assist in award recommendations.

• Prepare Letters of Award, Purchase Orders, and Work Orders.

• Handle subcontractor claims, supplier invoices, variation orders, and final accounts.

• Participate in budgeting, cost control, and project financial tracking.

• Organize and maintain project cost data, tender documents, and drawings.

• Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).

• Strong analytical and communication skills with good command of English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and attentive to detail.

• A team player who’s proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.

• Experience in Precast Construction Works is an added advantage.
