Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Hire, train, coach, and manage sales representatives to reach individual and group targets.
Design business plans, set sales quotas, and forecast future revenue and profit margins.
Build strong rapport with key clients, resolve major complaints, and improve client retention.
Track sales data, study competitor behavior, and identify new market trends or growth gaps.
Work with marketing and product teams to align promotional campaigns and customer feedback.
Leading, motivating and managing the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
Preparing and monitoring the sales department budget and approving expenditures.
Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on quantitative metrics.
Handling and resolving escalated customer issues with the products or customer service they receive.
Researching market changes and identifying emerging opportunities
