Job Description

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
• Inspect materials, components, and finished products according to drawings, specifications, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Identify and report defects or non-conforming products.
• Conduct line checks, process audits, and product quality inspections.
• Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and quality records.
• Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, ESD, 5S, safety, and quality requirements.
• Use inspection and measuring equipment and ensure calibration validity.
• Work with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and QA/QC teams to resolve quality issues.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Quality, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of quality inspection or manufacturing experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of inspection methods, quality control, NCR, and root cause analysis.
• Familiar with measuring tools, drawings, specifications, and quality records.
• Experience in electronics, optical modules, semiconductor, or cleanroom manufacturing is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
