C# Developer I - Human Resource Product

What you'll be doing…

• Writing simple, elegant code that is robust, scalable, testable and easy to maintain.
  

• Collaborating with your cross-functional team to design and roll out new capabilities and features.
  

• Delivering simple-to-use solutions to complex problems.
  

• Integrating various security technologies, devices and protocols to help keep our SaaS platform safe.
  

• Engaging with other developers and architects to identify the latest trends and technologies and ensure we're ahead of the curve.
  

• Exploring and applying AI and emerging technologies where they can improve software development, productivity, product capabilities and customer outcomes.
  

• Using AI-assisted development tools responsibly to support problem-solving, coding and testing while maintaining strong engineering, quality and security practices.
  

• Building a strong, hands-on understanding of TechnologyOne products and progressively developing expertise in their functionality, design and architecture.
  

• Applying best-practice software quality practices, including test automation, to ensure the team meets its quality and performance objectives.
  

• Continuously learning and contributing to a collaborative engineering environment.
  

Your Talents…

• A passion for technology and agile software development, along with an eagerness to delve into any problem.
  

• A drive to produce simple, high-quality code and continuously improve.
  

• Strong software development skills, with an interest in C# and .NET. We're open to various areas of expertise if you're eager to learn new skills and push yourself.
  

• Comfortable working with system integration using RESTful and SOAP-based services.
  

• You've already started using AI and AI-assisted development tools to write real code, and you're eager to push further into how AI, machine learning and emerging technologies can improve software development and customer solutions.
  

• You have completed a degree in computer science, software engineering or a related discipline.
  

• You can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  

• You are comfortable using Git, Rider, JIRA and Confluence.
  

• Exposure to React is a plus.
