The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the client’s human resources functions, with a focus on payroll, HR administration, recruitment processes, and contract management. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, maintains accurate employee records, and fosters a smooth employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Job Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salary, bonuses, and deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, tax filings).
- Liaise with finance and external payroll vendors to resolve discrepancies.
- Handle employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities: job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Manage candidate databases and recruitment platforms.
- Support onboarding processes including orientation and documentation.
- Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts, extensions, and amendments.
- Ensure timely renewal and termination of contracts in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies regarding employment documentation.
Job Requirements
- Work experience as an HR Administrative Assistant, Recruitment Specialist or similar role
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations
- Experience using MS Word & MS Excel
- Organizational skills and able cope with timeline
- Able to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuala Lumpur (Kuala Lumpur)
