About the Role:

Responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality food while leading and supervising the kitchen team. Maintains high standards of food quality, hygiene, and sanitation, supports business performance, and makes sound operational decisions that benefit both the business and its stakeholders.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Supervises kitchen shift operations and ensures compliance with all food handling & beverages policies standard & procedures.
• To have the highest food service and presentation, determine how food should be presented and creates decorative food displays.
• Leads shifts while personally preparing food items and executing requests based on required specifications.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of related working experience in hotels or restaurants.
• Able to commute to Kepong.
• English-speaking; additional languages are a plus.
• Fast, clean, and detail-oriented with a professional appearance.
• Familiarity with stock handling, stocktaking, and inventory systems.
• Must be highly comfortable and confident working in a SOP-driven environment.
