What The Role Is

As a Manager/ Senior Manager (Intellectual Property) in the Curriculum Planning & Development Division 2, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing intellectual property (IP) rights and contracts related to the teaching and learning resources developed and curated by the Ministry.

What You Will Be Working On

• Manage the IP rights of the Ministry's teaching and learning resources, including obtaining copyright clearance for third-party materials used in these resources
• Advise on policies and procedures related to IP and contract management
• Handle contractual matters concerning the production and curation of the Ministry's learning resources, including preparing contracts and contract variations, as well as revenue collection
• Oversee licensing requests for the Ministry's IP from external parties, including analysing and recommending whether to grant licenses and collecting license fees
• Raise awareness and develop capacity in IP management among staff

• Knowledge or experience in the field of IP or contract management would be an advantage
