Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve the assigned territory sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop, maintain and expand relationships with existing customers in line with company growth strategies.
• Promote assigned pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and key accounts.
• Organize and conduct CME (Continuing Medical Education) activities to enhance product awareness and knowledge.
• Maintain an updated database of physicians, hospitals and healthcare/paramedical contacts.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide regular market intelligence reports.
• Manage assigned territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably handling government and private hospitals.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive and service-oriented.
• Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Able to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
