Responsibilities
Role Summary
We are seeking a Fund Operations Manager for our client, a private credit firm in Hong Kong. The role is responsible for fund operations and ensuring seamless administration across their investment vehicles, primarily real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily fund operations and coordinate with external fund administrators and service providers
- Lead and mentor junior staff members, fostering professional development within the operations team
- Oversee fund administration processes for offshore structures and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage relationships with fund admin vendors and service providers to ensure operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of relevant fund operations experience
- Bachelor's degree or above and a CPA qualification (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience managing real estate investment funds operations
- Extensive experience with offshore fund structures (BVI, Cayman Islands, and similar jurisdictions)
- Proven track record of managing relationships with fund administration vendors or prior experience working within a fund administration firm
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop junior staff
- Excellent vendor management and stakeholder communication skills
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
