We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the entire project from start to completion
• Supervise daily site operations and workers
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients
• Monitor project progress, quality and safety
• Ensure work is completed according to project schedule and requirements
• Identify and resolve site issues efficiently
• Manage manpower, materials and site resources

Requirements:

• Relevant construction experience is more important than educational qualifications
• Strong knowledge of construction site operations
• Able to plan, coordinate and manage a project independently
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate and work well with workers, subcontractors and management
• Responsible, practical and committed to completing projects

Location: Singapore Position: Construction Project Supervisor Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and capability
