• Develop strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
• Serve as the main point of contact, identifying customer needs, providing solutions, and addressing feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and presentations to negotiations and closing contracts.
• Monitor competitor activities, analyze sales data, and provide feedback to management to improve sales strategies.
• Work with marketing and product teams to promote products and align sales goals.
• Understand how construction activities function/work.
