Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient vessel operations.
• Monitor compliance with IMO, Flag State, and company regulations.
• Conduct vessel inspections and safety audits.
• Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions.
• Support Masters and ship crews with operational matters.
• Coordinate inspections by Class, PSC, and customers.
• Review safety reports and vessel performance.
• Maintain vessel certificates and documentation.

Requirements

• Master Mariner (Class 1 CoC) or Chief Officer with relevant experience.
• Experience in ship management or marine operations.
• Good knowledge of SOLAS, MARPOL, and ISM Code.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
