Responsibilities

* Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at site.

* Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.

* Review construction drawings and resolve technical issues promptly.

* Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities.

* Prepare and maintain site reports, progress reports and other project documentation.

* Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with quality standards.

* Ensure compliance with CIDB, safety regulations and statutory requirements.

* Attend site meetings and assist in project planning and coordination.

Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction or equivalent.

* Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction projects.

* Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Knowledge of MS Project is an added advantage.

* Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

* Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to project sites.

* Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

* Willing to travel
