Job Description

Shangri-La Singapore is seeking a reliable and technically capable IT Officer to support daily IT operations and provide technical assistance to employees. The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain IT systems, support users, and help ensure reliable technology services across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers and IT equipment.
• Support printers, mobile devices, applications, and other peripherals.
• Assist with user accounts, access permissions, and IT security procedures.
• Monitor IT systems and escalate complex technical issues when required.
• Maintain IT asset and equipment records.
• Perform routine system maintenance and software updates.
• Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and technology implementations.
• Provide professional technical support to internal departments.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in IT support or a similar IT role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, networking, and common IT hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-service abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a technical team.
• Willingness to work in a hospitality environment and support operational requirements.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
