About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support the daily coordination of school transportation operations. This role combines operational coordination, stakeholder communication, administrative work, and on-site execution to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will work closely with operations teams, school management, transport personnel, parents, and customers while resolving operational issues in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily school transportation operations
• Monitor daily schedules and ensure smooth operational execution
• Communicate with schools, drivers, parents, and internal teams
• Handle customer feedback and operational enquiries
• Resolve operational issues and unexpected situations promptly
• Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures
• Support continuous process improvements
• Assist with administrative and coordination tasks as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in operations, administration, customer service, logistics, transportation, education, hospitality, aviation, or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Calm and professional under pressure
• Good problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative capabilities
• Good spoken and written English
• Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage
• Comfortable working on-site
• Able to start work as early as 6:00 AM
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
