• Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, Delivery Orders (DO) and receipts.
• Perform daily accounting and data entry.
• Record and monitor daily sales transactions.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts and accounting documents.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding invoices and payments.
• Identify and develop new customers.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Receive and process customer orders.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Follow up on customer orders and deliveries.
• Conduct customer visits when required.
• Monitor customer accounts and outstanding payments.
• Prepare sales and customer activity reports.
• Gather customer feedback and report market information to management.
• Provide good customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints.
• Ensure all sales and accounting records are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams regarding customer orders.
• Ensure proper documentation for every sales transaction.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
