Role Overview

We're looking for a Frontend Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience, ideally within a web design or digital agency environment, to join our team. You'll work closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to turn creative concepts into responsive, accessible, and performant websites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate UI/UX designs (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) into clean, responsive, cross-browser-compatible code
  • Build and maintain websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
  • Integrate front-end interfaces with APIs and back-end systems
  • Work with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.) as needed
  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility (WCAG standards)
  • Debug and resolve UI/layout issues across browsers and devices
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously and meet agency deadlines
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and clients to understand project requirements
  • Maintain and update existing client websites
  • Stay current with frontend trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of frontend development experience, preferably in a web design or digital agency setting
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including SASS/LESS), and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Experience with at least one modern JS framework/library (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
  • Familiarity with responsive/mobile-first design principles
  • Experience with CMS platforms and/or static site generators
  • Working knowledge of Git/version control
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Figma/Adobe XD)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to match designs precisely
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable in a fast-paced, client-driven environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion)
  • Knowledge of build tools (Webpack, Vite) and package managers (npm/yarn)
  • Basic understanding of backend/API integration
