Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Malaysian citizens only.
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of corporate or B2B sales experience, preferably within the pharmacy or healthcare sector.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Fluent in Mandarin for effective client communication and relationship management.
• Working knowledge of B2B e-commerce, commercial terms, and proposal preparation; direct experience preparing proposals and negotiating terms is an advantage.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong communicator who can present professionally and follow up with clients to close deals.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with a collaborative mindset.

• Develop and manage a B2B sales pipeline by generating leads and converting opportunities. 
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. 
• Build strong client relationships and identify upselling and renewal opportunities. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance customer experience. 
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and secure new business to achieve sales targets. 
• Provide market insights and client feedback to support business growth and sales strategies.
