Support clients through

Help clients build a strong
executive personal brand and professional positioning

Prepare clients for
senior-level and C-suite interviews
, including leadership questions and case discussions.
Provide guidance on
salary and offer negotiations
.
Develop clients’
executive presence
, communication, influence, and leadership skills.
Help clients build effective
networking and job-search strategies
.
Provide constructive feedback and challenge clients to identify blind spots and overcome career obstacles.
Maintain long-term coaching relationships with clients and track their progress.
