Key Responsibilities

Investment Feasibility Analysis

• Assist in developing financial models, feasibility assessments, ROI and payback analysis for new investment opportunities.
• Conduct data gathering, validation and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare supporting analysis and reports for management review.

Rental & Market Analysis

• Analyse rental trends and occupancy cost ratios across various markets and trade zones.
• Conduct benchmarking and provide market insights to support store negotiations, renewals and expansion planning.
• Assist in preparing supporting materials for landlord negotiations.

Store Performance & Tradezone Analysis

• Monitor system store performance and identify trends through data analysis.
• Support tradezone mapping and competitor landscape research.
• Highlight underperforming locations and provide insights for improvement.

Budgeting & Financial Support

• Assist in tracking development budgets and performing variance analysis.
• Support consolidation of financial inputs and maintain budgeting templates.

Dashboard & Reporting

• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards using Excel and/or Power BI.
• Prepare KPI reports, executive summaries and analytical presentations for management.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of analytical outputs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance and other teams to gather data and insights.
• Assist in preparing materials for strategic meetings and follow-up action points.
• Maintain proper documentation and organized analysis records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
• 2 – 4 years of experience in analytics, business analysis, finance or strategy roles.
• Experience in FMCG or F&B retail industry is an added advantage.
• Exposure to feasibility studies or financial modelling is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
