Job Summary
As a Site Supervisor, you will assist the Operation Manager in executing project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures, ensuring quality standards and timely completion through effective coordination and management of vendors, subcontractors, and resources.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities to ensure smooth progress and timely completion of projects
- Assist in resolving defects and QA/QC issues to uphold project quality standards
- Submit regular project management reports for Work in Progress (WIP) reviews and weekly progress updates to management
- Manage internal resource activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements
- Conduct regular site visits and manage work schedules to monitor project progress and proactively address issues
- Gather necessary resources and follow up on meetings to align project schedules and meet stakeholder expectations
- Provide actionable feedback to improve work quality by addressing issues identified during troubleshooting
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within internal teams to support project operations
- Deliver administrative support to streamline project workflows and documentation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 1 year of experience in the Lift & Escalator industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with internal and external teams
- Possession of a personal vehicle is a plus (helps with mobility but not essential for core duties)
