Are you a Business Analyst /Project Manager with strong Regulatory Compliance, AML, KYC or Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) experience and looking for your next consulting opportunity in Singapore?
We’re looking for a Sr. Consultant / Manager – Business Analyst to work on high-impact banking and regulatory transformation initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse and improve existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Translate high-level business requirements into clear, detailed functional documentation.
- Develop high-quality user stories that enable development teams to estimate and deliver effectively.
- Drive business and regulatory initiatives across multiple stakeholders and functions.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, technology teams and business users to deliver impactful solutions.
- Contribute to process automation, digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant Business Analyst /Project manager experience within Regulatory Compliance / FCC / AML / KYC.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end technical delivery and implementation processes.
- Experience with Actimize or NetReveal is highly preferred.
- Strong requirements gathering, process analysis and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
- Proven ability to work across business functions and drive initiatives independently.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Understanding of AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to adopt AI-enabled tools and solutions.
