Job Summary
You will lead the coordination and supervision of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works, ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations while driving project planning, design, and cost control to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Analyze project specifications and resolve technical clarifications to ensure accurate execution
Develop detailed method statements and identify drawing discrepancies to support project accuracy
Plan project activities, manage material requisition, control costs, and document progress to meet project objectives
Supervise M&E works and collaborate with client representatives, consultants, and sub-contractors to resolve technical issues
Coordinate with other trades to maintain seamless workflow and timely project delivery
Enforce compliance of all M&E works with applicable standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations
Participate actively in project meetings to communicate progress and address challenges
Manage temporary M&E installations such as site offices, trial holes, and temporary power supplies to support project needs
Execute additional duties as assigned by Management to support project success
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E coordination to effectively manage complex projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit to produce and review technical drawings
Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work independently
Experience with condominium projects is advantageous
