The Role

Own and deliver a manufacturing excellence transformation programme across a growing, multi-site manufacturing footprint. Key responsibilities include:

• Translating the global manufacturing excellence roadmap into a Malaysia-wide plan covering MES, lean maturity, digital standardisation, and automation
• Driving MES deployment and embedding consistent performance routines and visual factory practices across operations
• Building and delivering a pipeline of automation and Industry 4.0 use cases, from pilot through to scale
• Leading change management during rapid growth - covering readiness, training, communications, and sustainment
• Building and developing a high-performing transformation team across multiple sites
• Embedding lean disciplines through structured problem solving, standard work, and continuous improvement routines

What We're Looking For

A credible transformation leader with the depth to deliver at pace and at scale. You'll bring:

• 15+ years in manufacturing, with 8+ years in senior leadership of a 24/7, high-volume environment
• A proven track record in manufacturing transformation, ideally within high-touch assembly environments
• Solid Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience, with the ability to partner across engineering, quality, and digital functions
• Deep lean and operational excellence credentials with demonstrable transformation results
• Strong change leadership capability, with experience in a fast-growing Southeast Asian environment preferred
• Regulated manufacturing background - healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or comparable high-compliance preferred
• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline; MBA advantageous
