We are a young, driven team within the financial services industry, committed to learning, professional growth, and maintaining high standards. Team members are supported with practical guidance while also given the independence and trust to take on meaningful responsibilities, contribute their ideas, and gain experience through hands-on involvement.

As an Admin Assistant, you’ll gain practical experience in supporting the day-to-day operations of a professional business.

Role Focus

The role involves assisting the team with administrative duties that support organised and efficient daily operations. You’ll help manage information, coordinate schedules, prepare materials, and follow up on administrative matters while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

Manage documents, records, and data entry.

Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.

Prepare basic reports, forms, presentations, and other business materials.

Follow up on administrative matters with team members.

Support events and other operational requirements.

What You'll Gain

Experience in professional office operations.

Stronger organisation and time-management skills.

Exposure to business processes and team coordination.

Practical experience supporting real business activities.

Opportunities to identify and improve existing workflows.

Who We Want

We’re looking for people who are responsible, organised, and willing to learn and contribute.

Ideal candidates are:
Organised with a strong eye for detail.

Dependable and responsible when managing assigned duties.

Proactive and willing to take initiative.

Flexible and adaptable when priorities change.

Professional, collaborative, and open to feedback.

Previous administrative experience is not required. We value a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail over prior experience.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

As positions are limited, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
