Responsibilities

Serve walk-in and online customers.

Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and digital platforms.

Manage and process online orders.

Perform upselling and cross-selling to achieve sales targets.

Provide excellent, friendly customer service and follow up on orders.

Training will be provided.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
