Responsibilities
Job Descriptions
Review, update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project.
Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work.
Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications and achieve quality aspect of architectural works.
Coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E engineer to resolve construction problems and issues.
Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
To attend to construction site coordination works and meeting.
Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings
Carry out daily supervision and coordination of all architectural implementations at site.
Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works.
Assist the Project Management team in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance with relevant regulations.
Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings and materials as well as supervise work progress.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Degree/ Diploma in Architecture or its equivalent
Minimum 3 years and above of relevant site experience in building projects
Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies.
Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment
Candidate who possesses good experience and exposure will be considered higher position. Salary will be commeasured according to skill
