Responsibilities
Job Summary
As a Project Engineer (System Integration), you will lead system integration verification, interface testing, and technical problem resolution to ensure seamless equipment installation and system functionality within project timelines.
Responsibilities
Perform system integration verification and execute interface testing to validate system performance
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including test plans, procedures, and reports to support project requirements
Analyze and troubleshoot interface and system engineering issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
Propose and implement technical solutions to resolve integration problems and system engineering challenges
Oversee proper installation of equipment onto platforms, including generating Installation Control Documents and Cable Running Sheets
Monitor and report progress of work to ensure project milestones are met
Maintain records of interface problems and system engineering issues for continuous improvement
Interpret mechanical and electrical wiring diagrams to support installation and troubleshooting activities
Understand system network connectivity diagrams, including basic knowledge of switches and routers, to support integration tasks
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Computing, or Communication
1-3 ys experience
Applicants with no experience are welcomed to apply
Experience in project coordination and people management
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and MS Visio to support project documentation and planning
Strong presentation skills with effective networking and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders
Ability to work independently within tight schedules and dynamic environments
Knowledge of Project Management and System Engineering principles
